Yeshua Meshiach

Meaning: “Jesus Christ” or “Messiah Jesus”; Yeshua is a contracted form of Joshua, which means “Yahweh is salvation”: “Christ” is from the Greek form of “Messiah”, which is Hebrew for “annointed.”

    would like to know the true hebrew translation for yeshua and also lion of judah please. Bold font would be excellent. Having alot of trouble getting the correct version. Thankyou, lea McAllan

    Ari is lion.yahudah is judah..and the hebrew spelling for mashiach is wrong..it should be mem shin yud ches….yeshua and yahweh are 2 different words…yahweh comes from the hebrew letters yud hey vav hey which is an abbreviation for gods name in the hebrew bible. Yeshua was jesus hebrew name….

    The spelling is not in Hebrew, but in Aramaic, slightly different from Hebrew. The spelling given is correct.
